CLUB MEMBERS WHO MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE
Josiah Allen
Josiah was an excellent marksman and an active member of the Gin Gin Rifle Club. He enlisted and served with the 49th Battalion on the Western Front. Private Josiah Allen was killed on active duty on 7 June 1917, Messines, Belgium – the same day as his brother James Edward Allen.
