Day 2

Sunday morning saw a few new faces while others had to head home (work sometimes get in the way). With Jessica Crawford not shooting the second day, that left a window of opportunity for Ben and Jack Picton and a number of local shooters including Kim O’Loghlen, Don Thompson and Geoff Wellburn. Ben topped the day not dropping a shot through 2x 900 yards and 2x 1000 yards! Great shooting given the flicky conditions which were seeing dropped shots across the mound.

Brett Stephens led the way in TRB with some impressive shooting at the longs while Warwick Thomas dug deep to take TRC.

Henk Doggen held off Corrie Hooson and David Li in FSA but it went to the wire on the 1000 yards.

Thomas Gabele took FSB from Glenn Ellis by centres! It was an impressive battle to the last shot!

F Open was a battle royale with Brian Potter holding out by 5 centres from Jacob Campbell and 6 centres from Frog Lowe! Mia Lowe had put her trusty FSTD rifle in the safe and put her hand up for F Open – and WOW, here she was finishing 5th! Awesome work!

FTR was an up and down battle the entire weekend with Frans Knox taking it out from Mark Fairbairn and Brett Clarkson!
