The youth of our sport are our future. Mia Lowe from Goondiwindi Rifle Club has grown from being an eager young competition shooter in F-Class to a world-class competitor.

From club shoots to the world stage in Bloemfontein
We all start somewhere. From the first day Mia entered the sport, she knew it was for her! The dream has turned to reality over 5 odd years as Mia has proven time and time again just how well she competes. From prize meets to State Championships, Mia gives her all!
But, it’s more than just being a great shot, she is a great competitor. With the heart of a tiger, she doesn’t let anything bother her as she competes in both F Standard and F Open alongside many 2 and 3 times (+) her age.
A journey with family and friends
Mia certainly hasn’t taken this journey alone – she has been surrounded by family and friends from day 1! The strength of family support is undeniable with TEAM Lowe! Having a dad who shares the world’s stage with you is definitely a bonus! Having the world’s best mum is even better! Together with all her extended family, Mia has taken on the world and shown what a young Aussie shooter can do!
