We've lost a great friend and true champion

Born into a family of rifle shooters, with his father, uncles, and brothers all reaching high levels in target shooting.

Vale Glen Perrin

The world has lost a great person and a true champion of our sport. On and off range, Glen was an inspiration to all and he will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

As a youth of 17 years, Glen joined the Darling Downs Rifle Club on the 3rd July 1949. He was born into a family of rifle shooters, with his father, uncles, and brothers all reaching high levels in target shooting.

His consistent scoring over short and long ranges has always been an inspiration for other competitors to equal or better and his quiet, unassuming manner has earned him the respect and friendship of shooters near and far.
