CLUB MEMBERS WHO MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE
Neil Baxter was a member of Townsville Rifle Club with his father, Duncan, and brother, Angus. He enlisted and served with the 15th Infantry Battalion in Egypt and the Gallipoli Campaign where Corporal Neil Baxter died from wounds sustained on active duty on 26 April 1915.

The Queensland Rifle Association fosters target rifle shooting and firearms training through our clubs. Different classes of rifle shooting are conducted by our Clubs under the Standard Shooting Rules (SSRs) of the National Rifle Association of Australia (NRAA).
