Chris Petroff takes F Open

Our Shooters shone at the NSWRA Open Championships - King's Prize

WE ARE SUPER PROUD OF ALL OUR MEMBERS WHO’VE REPRESENTATED US IN SYDNEY

What a week it has been at the ANZAC Range in Sydney! From the National Veterans Matches to the McIntosh to the King’s Prize, our shooters have shone brightly! Some have won, some have had one of the greatest experiences of their life – and some have fought hard against adversity.

Everything and anything can happen – sometimes everything goes to plan – other times, a equipment failure can see an end to your dreams. The nature of a champion is one that sees a calm head when it matters, technique that just doesn’t let you down! They battle through adversity – they dig deep when it’s needed.

We are super proud of all that our shooters have achieved! Our TR shooters were predominantly our Veterans team members – and they’ve come away with some solid performances over the 7 days.

We have a new FO champion in Chris Petroff (Albert District) ! He’ll need to keep it up because Danny Kelly (Natives) (and so many more amazing shooters) are hot on his heels!

Chris had a magnificent 5 days in Sydney winning both the JG McIntosh and the King’s in FO, thus taking the Grand Aggregate!

Our F Class shooters are some of the best in the country and we are glad they call QLD home! Shooting with the best can only make you better!
