Joseph Mark Hirst
Joseph Mark Hirst was a member of the Townsville Rifle Club. He enlisted in Brisbane and served with the 3rd Artillery Brigade in Egypt and on the Western Front. Lieutenant Joseph Hirst was killed in action near Ypres, Belgium on 21 September 1917.
