This can be done through the PDF form accessible via the ‘Nominate today’ button.

1. Find a financial member of the QRA you would like to nominate
2. Click on the button to access the PDF form
3. Complete the digital form or print a paper version to fill out. This form requires multiple people to sign.
4. After completion email the form to qra@qldrifle.com
