Harry Mercer Smith
Harry Mercer Smith was a member of the Townsville Rifle Club. He enlsted and served with the 9th Infantry Battalion in Egypt and Gallipoli. Lance Corporal Smith died of wounds sustained in Gallipoli after being evacuated to Malta on 17 June 1915.
