Our QRA chargers have shown class at the NQRA Wilson and King’s! Over 5 days of competition, our members have shone across TR and the F-Classes! Danny Kelly took the F Open King’s win having not dropped a shot!

The Western District Rifle Association (WDRA) – Eric Burey Memorial Range – Muckadilla Rifle Club conducted its annual 3 day May Day shoot over 29th, 30th April and 1st May 2023. This competition was the 38th meet at this range. The Club moved from the rifle range at Roma 40 years ago and with the move the name of the club was changed from Roma Rifle Club to the current name to better reflect the town where the club is now based.

Lead up to the F-Class World Championship – F Open and F-TR! The FCWC was originally scheduled for April 2021, however due to the global pandemic, impact to global logistics etc. ICFRA, the governing body of target shootint sports made the well-considered decision to postpone by two years. Despite all the adversities, our Aussies made it in 2023 with many competing in the three day South African National Competition over 700, 800 and 900m!

Darling Downs District Rifle Association Champion of Champions and paired Teams Match.

What a morning it was at the M.D.R.A. Champion of Champions – 24 shooters and some hot competition in some difficult conditions! Nobody left after 4 ranges without dropping at least a few! 300 yards, 600 yards, 900 yards and 1000 yards.

2 days of competition between New South Wales, Queensland and Victorian veterans teams (over 60’s).

The first major competition of the 2023 calendar in QLD – supporting the QRA juniors development programs.

It was a hot and steamy 2 days at North Arm enjoying some great company and good shooting. Many backed up from the NRAA Nationals to come play at one of the trickest little ranges in Queensland.
